It was once part of Honeymoon Island to the north until a hurricane split the island in two and left Caladesi Island now only accessible by boat. At Caladesi Island, recreational opportunities are endless! Three miles of beautiful undeveloped white sand beach is absolutely spectacular! Enjoy swimming or just an occasional dip in the warm (average 82F) gulf waters. Bring along the mask and flippers so you can have a leisurely snorkel along the shoreline for an up close and personal experience with the local sea world. SO- Leave your four-wheels with us, rent one of our boats, (kayaks also available) shove off and ship out on a picturesque boat ride to Caladesi Island and begin an adventure! BICYCLE BEACH ADVENTURE
Bicycling for fun and exercise is exciting on the Beach! The beach becomes a good path to cruise where the clear water touches the white sand. Ride and see the magnificent sunsets on the gulf and then wake up early to refresh yourself in the cool morning air. With more than 20 miles of white sandy beach, do as much or as little as you like.
BICYCLE TRAIL ADVENTURE
To add to your biking experience the Pinellas Trail will excite those who like long stretches of paved bike trails. Exclusively for walkers and bikers, this 40 mile trail was designed from an old railroad track and will keep you safe with bridges over the water and main roads. Traveling through parks and the country side of Florida, you can even make a pit stop at a local deli for rest and refreshments. What's stopping you from seeing the world by bike?
SCOOTER ADVENTURE
Scootering is an experience to refresh yourself in the open air. The feeling of freedom and serenity will make it easy to smile as you feel the gulf breezes blowing in your face. Make your destination beautiful Fort Desota Park, where you can ride past beaches with kite surfers, fishing piers, and an old fort, or maybe just ride Gulf Blvd into John's Pass or Clearwater Beach for a fun day of shopping and eating on the boardwalk and just maybe all you want to do is to honk and wave at the people. It's all fun, It's all good! Smile, it's your day!
