Boating Adventures

The beautiful Boga Ciega Bay, extending for more than 30 miles, is a wildlife habitat for a natural exploration of islands, dolphins, manatees and an array of birds.  There is an adventure right off our docks!  One of the few completely natural islands is Caladesi Island State Park with its' beautiful white sandy beach and rated America's Best Beach in 2008! Only accessible by boat, the boat ride from our docks in 1-2 hours to enjoy swimming, sunbathing, picnicking and fishing on this unique 3 mile island. Caladdesi state preserve is a world away from the crowds as you explore for seashells, armadillos, sea turtles, and lots of birds. The island has its own docking with rest rooms, picnic tables and grills, pavilions and even a small cafe! It truly is PARADISE!

For shorter distances, See John's Pass for more encounters with dolphins, cruise through the bird sanctuary, swim off a white sandy beach and dock at McDonald's! It is so FUN! And of course there is Clearwater for a look at the mansions on the water, including Hulk Hogan's "home", a 17,000 sq. ft. house. Don't miss the waterfront restaurants and sample the best creamy crab soup, fresh catch of the day, a grand brunch buffet with Momosa's or just some good home-made ice cream. These restaurants deliver the best!
